User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your fc25 account. Fraud, hacking, spamming, and any other illegal activity on the platform are strictly prohibited. When participating in betting, you must ensure that your decisions are made voluntarily, with full awareness, and within your financial means. Abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other users is a violation of fc25's policies. Platform Usage Rules
All content, offers, and services on the fc25 platform are intended exclusively for adults located in Bangladesh. Using automated bots, scripts, or any other automated means to operate an account on the platform is strictly prohibited. fc25 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable any section, offer, or game on the platform at any time. If a technical error causes incorrect results or incorrect odds to be displayed on a bet, fc25 reserves the right to void that bet. All financial transactions on fc25 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and others. Minimum deposit amounts may apply, and conditions may vary depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours; delays may occur if identity verification has not been completed. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in each bonus offer. fc25 reserves the right to freeze account funds for investigation in cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions. Any payment-related disputes must be submitted in writing to the support team within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
The fc25 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and no specific guarantees are made regarding continuity or accuracy of service. fc25 is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by server maintenance, natural disasters, regulatory directives, or third-party service failures. Any financial losses from betting are entirely the result of the user's own decisions, and fc25 will not provide compensation for such losses. fc25's liability for losses arising from third-party payment gateway or technical failures will be limited in scope. The maximum liability of fc25 shall not exceed the total amount deposited into the user's account in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Fc25 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for reasons including: operating multiple accounts, evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, providing false information, or non-compliance with regulatory directives. Before closing an account, fc25 will generally notify the user by email; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice. Users may also voluntarily request account closure, in which case any remaining valid balance will be refunded. Account access will not be restored during an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period. Relevant clauses of these Terms & Conditions remain in effect even after an account is closed.
